Terms and Conditions for RD CabService

Welcome to RD CabService. By using our cab booking services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservations

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
  • You must provide accurate information including name, contact number, pickup/drop locations, and date/time.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect fraudulent activity.
  • For outstation trips, advance payment may be required.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the original quoted price.
  • Payment can be made via Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, or online transfer.
  • Toll charges, parking fees, and state taxes (if applicable) are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the customer.
  • Night charges (10 PM to 6 AM) may apply for certain services.
  • Waiting charges will apply after the free waiting period (usually 15 minutes for local trips).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for local trips.
  • For outstation trips, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within the specified time will receive a full refund (minus payment gateway charges, if applicable).
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking amount.
  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount.
  • In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be provided immediately.

4. Driver and Vehicle

  • All drivers are licensed, verified, and trained professionals.
  • We reserve the right to substitute the vehicle type in case of unavailability, with a similar or upgraded model.
  • Vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained for your safety and comfort.
  • Customers must treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the customer.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
  • Passengers must follow all traffic rules and not ask drivers to violate them.
  • Any misbehavior or misconduct with the driver may result in termination of service without refund.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. RD CabService is not liable for lost items.
  • Maximum luggage capacity depends on the vehicle type. Excess luggage may require a larger vehicle.

6. Liability and Insurance

  • All our vehicles are insured as per government regulations.
  • RD CabService is not liable for any personal injury or loss of belongings during the journey.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In case of an accident, standard insurance procedures will apply.
  • Passengers are advised to have their own travel insurance for long-distance trips.

7. Route and Itinerary Changes

  • Route changes must be communicated to the driver in advance when possible.
  • Additional charges may apply for route changes that significantly increase distance.
  • For package tours, the itinerary should be finalized before the trip begins.
  • Extra stops beyond what was agreed upon may incur additional charges.

8. Force Majeure

RD CabService will not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, riots, government restrictions, or pandemics.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We collect personal information only for booking and service purposes.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
  • GPS tracking is used for safety and route optimization purposes.

10. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints should be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • We will investigate all complaints fairly and provide a resolution within 7 business days.
  • In case of disputes, the matter will be resolved through mutual discussion.
  • All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.

11. Modifications to Terms

RD CabService reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
